Nomination Registration :

Each applicant would be required to fill in a Self-Nomination form. Any Individual directly or indirectly related to the Healthcare sector can apply. Each applicant can apply for one or multiple categories.
Fill the Questionnaire online and send the requested documents. (No Fees for sending above documents)
You will receive the Registration number once we have received the application and all the documents supporting your application.

Evaluation

All the analyzed categories will be shared with eminent juries from across the country. Each member of the jury will be allocated entries which match their respective area of expertise. Each entry will be evaluated and rated against each criteria specified for that category. Once all the entries have been rated, the scores will be tallied to deduce a percentage score for each entry. Once selected as a finalist, An intimation will be sent within 24 hrs

Winners

Once Selected as Winner, intimation will be sent by Email or contacted by Phone. Award Night Registration fees & PR Charges of Rs.35,000 has to be paid to avail the following benefits.
